The Cultural School of Hallsberg is a relatively small cultural school that offers a wide range of subjects and activities. We are proud to be able to offer both depth and breadth in our operations. Job Responsibilities

Our regular dance teacher will be on leave for studies during the next school year, so we are now looking for a substitute. The majority of the position involves teaching in our evening groups in children's dance, dance mix, and musical mix. It also includes teaching in the first grade of primary school in shorter projects of 3-4 weeks at each school.

If you work 70%, it means that you will also teach at the Askersund Cultural School one day a week. The position can be divided if a smaller scope of the position is desired.

In addition to teaching, there is collaborative team work where we together plan and develop the cultural school. At the Cultural School in Hallsberg, the student's development and participation are in focus. We often work together on various projects and offer students a range of different activities beyond regular teaching. This requires broad competence and a willingness to collaborate, as well as a good ability to drive the work forward. Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a pedagogical degree from an artistic university or college with a focus on dance, or education that can be assessed as equivalent. As a person, you are social, flexible, proactive, and enjoy working with others. You are not afraid to take on new challenges. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
